When I first got there, there were differences in cultures. You know, they want to be on time, they want to follow the rules, at least in the area I was in, in East Germany. And I am more American. Sometimes they would say Americans are more relaxed or lazy. I don't know, but because of that, sometimes we we just had to learn each other a little better, and that was a rough go at first. But once we learned each other the way we worked, it was actually, I learned great things from them and they learned from me. I learned how to, you know, stick to things better, and they learned how to relax a little bit more. So it was good, but keep that in mind. They don't like you to be late and they are kind of, you know, straight-laced in general.
