Germany is pretty expensive. It's an expensive place to live. Everyone just lives in apartments and they're still expensive. And so, well yeah, also the housing market is crazy there. It's just the culture there in general. You'll have people who live together and then they'll separate and so you have a lot of people living in their own places and that causes it just to, there just really aren't many houses available. It's also a big issue with all the refugees there. You got people acclimating in, for example, in 2014 they let in like about five million Syrian refugees and so they have a really tough housing market and that has really driven up the price of how to live. If you have a big house, you are very rich. Here we have a big house, you could just be middle class. So they just live in smaller areas in general.
