Football is a game where you need to be very tough and very aggressive. When I played, I wasn't really either of those. I'm very agreeable and that personality didn't really mix well with football. So when I got on the field, I wasn't aggressive like a lot of the other players were. So don't be afraid to get aggressive and get physical and just run around like crazy, just trying to hit people as hard as you can. Take the ball away from other people.

Being started, I feel like you never have to play the little pee-weak leagues. They're never... They're good, but you get injured. It's just hard. It's a ton of time and football is a little different of a sport of you just need to be athletic, be able to tap, like hit hard, be tough. But I think the biggest thing is just to be active. Play flag football, play basketball, play baseball, soccer, anything like that. Work on speed and agility. High hand-eye coordination, anything like that, and then just play pickup football along the way. And then as you get to high school, if you really want to play tackle football, that's when you start putting on pads. So that's when you start hitting because then your body's a little bit more fully developed and you can play a little bit better. So that's my opinion to play tackle football once you get to high school.
