A lot of football injuries, they come because someone isn't as flexible as they need to be. So you'll hear about people pulling their hamstrings or something like that. So make sure you're very flexible. Make sure you stretch really well before games so that you don't pull any ligaments or anything like that. Also make sure that you train well beforehand and you don't overdo it. Your body can only take so much when it's first starting, so you need to ramp up easy. And once you're ramped up, then you can go full go.
