I used to teach a course to prepare for the DAT. Biggest thing for that one is to take review courses either as actual class or take some of the manuals and just pour through the manuals. They narrow your focus on what you need to be looking at. The next thing is practice, practice, practice as many practice tests as you can and prepare yourself to take the DAT not only once but probably a couple times in order to get the very best good best results. So do recommend taking practice tests and taking it multiple times.

Because dentistry is a popular or highly desired profession, there are many people trying to get into dental school and getting into dental school is hard and your DAT or dental aptitude exam is one of your most important qualifications. There are multiple courses you can take or books. The DAT Destroyer has a lot of practice questions and some of them are harder than the actual DAT. So if you feel like you're failing on them, keep trying. Learn from every failed question. Learn from the alternative answers. If there's something you don't know what it is, learn what that is because often the alternatives that were not right are the correct answer for a different question. My best advice is to just practice. Take a lot of those dental exams and then time yourself and then go back and learn from each question that you missed and highlight just the main things you need to remember.
