Prayer helps me because when I have these feelings of anxiety or depression, I feel that no one understands, no one understands. I know that I can pray, that God is there. He is my Heavenly Father. He wants to hear me. He wants to help. Help me, rather. I know that even if sometimes things don't change, that He is there to hear me, hold me, support me during my difficulties. It's amazing for me to know that I have this way and to have this understanding. Thank you.
