I'm sure doctors are the experts at explaining what you need to do when you get a concussion, but most of the time you just... what's torturous about it is you can't really do anything. Doing nothing is the answer, and a lot of the time if you're fever, if you have a fever, you can take medicine or sleep or whatnot, but for a concussion you just sleep and do nothing. So I think that's really hard for a lot of people.

Some of the important treatments for concussion include a dark rest. That's actually what a doctor prescribed to me. So that's, it's unfortunately quite boring, but it can help with concussion symptoms. It's where you just go rest, lie down in a place that's dark, no screens, and very little mental engagement basically.

So the treatment for a concussion is really just like give yourself time. Don't fall asleep within like a certain amount of time of getting things right. Getting a concussion back to back you know like don't look at screens. Your eyes will be really sensitive to light so stay away from light things and just give yourself time to recover and rest.
