I am sorry that you're struggling with a concussion. I know it's hard, but I know that you'll get through it. It's something that anyone can recover from. And the nice thing about it is you do get to rest a little bit. Just take things slow and remember that there's something to learn from this trial, even though it's really hard. And there are things to be grateful for. But yeah, you got this. You can do it.

I've known a lot of people who have gotten concussions and it's actually a really hard experience for them mentally and emotionally because, especially if they get in a sport or if they're in the middle of school or work, they feel, you know, they can't function the way they would like to, they can't do the things they want to, they can't go back to sports, especially if it's a really serious concussion. So I would just say, you know, do your best to remain positive, be grateful for what you have, you know, take time to be grateful for your body and the things that it can do, things that it's capable of.
