Students, when they go on dates, they love to go to the beach, go for a walk at the beach. We have a nearby shopping centre here, so students love to go hang out there, Seven Brothers, go order pizza, or go to the movies. There's a nice cinema close to the campus as well, or especially go for a temple walk. And that's pretty interesting because, hey, what other place is best for you to get to know somebody else than going to the temple, right? Go for a walk at the temple on Sunday evenings, and also for the weekend, go with the beach and stuff like that, because it's fun. It's Hawaii. When you're in Hawaii, you got to go to the beach, right?

Obviously, you can go to the beach. It's always fun. You can go to the EA Point. That's always fun too. Go to the PCC. There's a lot that you can do. Also, like a money-saving tip is that if you work at the PCC, then on the back of your ID card there's a bunch of different places that you can go to and you get discount. If you go to Waimea Valley, I believe you can get in for free and then you can bring in an extra person for free.

Being on the island of Oahu, there are a plethora of date options, most of which have to do with being outside. But there are some options on campus as well. When I was there they did movies throughout the week in one of the little theaters and so that's a good option for a date night. But even just going to the beach or going on a hike is a really good option too. There's also a lot of really great service opportunities on the island and especially on North Shore that you can do through the school and I think that that would be a fun date idea as well.

Sounds cliche, but go to the temple. Go to the temple a lot. Go to the temple by yourself in small groups. When singles wards are having temple nights, you will see who is going to the temple, who makes the temple a priority. In addition, just being on temple grounds and going to the visitor center and just walking to and from campus to either your hale or the place you live in the community and then just walking down to the beach oftentimes after temple nights are a great date night. I, as many, proposed to my wife behind the temple. We walked down to Kilauea Beach. We took our photos there for our engagement. So I think the temple, the beach, and just again walking around the community, seeing people you know and talking. I think talking is one of the greatest activities you can do in a date.

Hello family, how's it going? So a day that I've always loved doing was just watching the sunset at any of the beaches. You could go to Bikini Beach or Hukilao, those ones are close by campus, but go to any of the beaches and it's so, so nice. It's something that's cheap as well, you don't have to pay to see the sunsets because we're all broke college students, but it's something that you get to just take time to get to know the person you're on a date with as well as just have a fun time and have an amazing experience of the island itself. We're there on our island, might as well make the best of it.

There are so many date ideas around here. Number one, the beach. The beach is always here. We also have ranches around the area in Kahuku, also down in Kualoa. We also have a lot of hiking, and so there's a lot of places for you to go. There's a lot of trails. There's a trail near the school that you can go. There's a waterfall there. There's the Waimea. So there's really a lot of places that you can go on dates. It just depends on the type of date you are. If you're going for a really, you know, cost-less kind of date, go to the beach, have a swim, take a picnic. We have a lot of like different beaches that you can go to, or if you want fancy ones, there's, you know, go to Kaneohe. That's about an hour, or take another 30 minutes more, and you'll go to Waikiki, and there's a lot more there. There's a lot of restaurants, but date ideas, there's a lot. Beach, mountains, nature.

Dating. Alright, BOU Hawaii. What a wonderful place to date. It doesn't mean it's BOU Hangout, which sometimes it is, but dating ideas. Now guys, you cannot just walk up to a girl and ask their number without even asking the name first. Get to know the person. That's what dating is all about. It's about having fun. It's about getting to know the person, getting to know what the person is like. That's dating. You go on dates to find out if you can vibe with the person. The end goal of a date is obviously getting in a relationship, but you need to get into a relationship that you can enjoy instead of surviving. If you don't know the difference, contact me. I'll for sure help you out, but date to have fun. Date to get to know the other person. See if you can vibe with them. The last thing you want is to survive a relationship, and that's what dating is for.
