When you feel compulsive feelings, one of my helpful tips is to go to talk to your friends or family so you can just avoid that situation for now. Even though it's not like ultimate solution for it, but if you keep doing that, they'll be able to help you and like you don't have to tell them, but at least being with someone helps you avoid throwing up.

Here's a tip that was given to my friend's mom to spot when her daughter was purging and throwing up and her daughter was diagnosed with bulimia. She told her to look for a black ring in the toilet, like the toilet ring would be black due to all of the stomach acid and stuff that was coming from her daughter purging and throwing up continually. So just a tip for you moms or even girls out there with friends who may be suffering with bulimia.
