Broken Leg

Something I feel like a lot of people don't talk about when they break their leg is their experience wearing a cast. This was my first time wearing a cast and something no one really talks about is how dirty it can get. Especially me being from a kind of warmer area, my leg would sweat a lot and it would just start to smell. So a little trick I learned was to put a little bit of baking soda in it and it goes a long way. Obviously just try your best to take care of it. Don't let it get too dirty and that's the best thing you could do.
