Watch VideosOne helpful tip I've found is just if you get sore shoulders from a broken collarbone or whatever, roll your shoulders. Just sit there, sit upright, straight, get your posture right, and just roll your shoulders. I can feel that clicking all the time when I'm doing it, but it relieves the pressure on your shoulders. It's good exercise for them.
So a couple years ago I broke my collarbone and a helpful tip that I have for those who have recently broke their collarbone is to make sure you're doing something with that hand that's in the sling because when you break your collarbone they'll put your arm in a sling and you can experience muscle dystrophy if you're not constantly working out your forearm. Definitely don't push the recovery too quick because you want to take your time but maybe squeeze a stress ball for an hour a day or somehow work out your forearm or your bicep but isolate that collarbone and just remember that it'll heal it'll take some time but yeah you'll get through it you'll be fine right now my collarbone is perfect so good luck.
