Back stretches and shoulder stretches. I don't even know if I could boil it down to a favorite stretch, but I know when we would do like, we would have just like stretching routines. We would start on the foul line and then we would walk equivalent to second base. And if you kind of know the layout of a diamond, do you know what that looks like? Just like starting like bottom down to like roll out your ankles and then go into your calves and then go into like your hamstrings, your quads, inside and outside of legs, hips, and then like back shoulders, things like that. Just like, be sure you're loose at all times because you got to react quick. It's demanding. You're getting up and down off the ground. You're sliding, you're diving, you're jumping. Like there's a little bit of everything. So just be ready for everything.
