Baseball is kind of one of those sports where you can be tall, short, bigger, smaller, thinner, stronger, but if you have like the abilities then it doesn't really matter. So I guess my favorite exercises like for pitching and stuff like focusing on like shoulder mobility and resistance bands and stuff. I would say the biggest exercises that I regret not doing was like being more flexible, so like stretching and being loose and stuff like that. That's probably my number one tip.

So there was a drill that I would always do that would make my hitting better instantly every single time I did it. But I was a right-handed hitter, so my left eye was closest to the pitcher. And my dad went out and bought an eye patch, and he put an eye patch over my left eye, so I had to look at the pitcher with my back eye. And he would throw the ball to me, and I would hit it just by looking at the ball with the back eye. So it teaches you how to keep both eyes tracking the ball, and that would help my hitting every single time I did it.
