So what I wish I knew before I got started would be just more of how things can change in an industry. You know, you kind of see where things are at when you get started, but especially when there's technology involved, but also on the medical insurance side of things, things can change and that can really change the outlook of the job and how things are done. You know, the government makes a change to how insurances work or insurances change things, how they do things, and that can really change a lot. So just how adaptable you have to be to the changing environment and just not, you know, the changes in technology of hearing aids, but just how everything else works in the medical field.
