So the hardest experiences of being an audiologist is just working with difficult people, difficult personalities. Some people just get very upset and are just very negative about everything and so that can be difficult just managing different personalities. But a lot of times you got to remember a lot of them are going through really hard things or sometimes they're very severely hard of hearing so they have a lot of frustration so just trying to keep that in mind but that's probably the hardest thing is just trying to keep everyone happy. Hearing aids are imperfect, they don't have a cure for hearing so you know some people get frustrated with the limitations of their ears but also limitations of the technology of the hearing aids so that's probably the hardest part.
