Watch VideosThis is gonna be pretty gross, but it's it's worked for me growing up playing sports I get athletes feet occasionally I mean, they're definitely creams and stuff that you can buy But one of the best things that I found was just just pee on your foot While you're in the shower, just just I mean pee on it Maybe let it stay there for a little bit, but then obviously rinse it off use soap rinse it off stuff like that But it worked for me
Things you can buy at CVS on your own. So these can be a variation of different creams and stuff like that. I've used one that's in like an aerosol can. I'm trying to remember the brand. I think it starts with an L if that's helpful. But I recommend it. It got rid of the athlete's foot pretty quickly. You just spray that on your foot after showering or whatever and that has been helpful for me.
Another treatment that you can try out if it's maybe more serious if you tried creams and stuff just over-the-counter or whatever or just from the store or sprays or whatever if it's still persisting then you can go to a dermatologist and they'll take a scrape of it to confirm that the fungus is a specific thing if it is in fact athlete's foot that can be it again at several places on your body it can be on your feet it can be anywhere else and they'll take just a scraping it doesn't hurt or anything from your skin to analyze skin cells to prescribe a more targeted treatment for it may be a topical cream or even pills in some extreme cases
