The triggers for relapse have been different. I'm easily triggered by watching runners on the road or outside and about while I'm out. Having been a runner and not able to run because of my eating disorder has been truly very hard for me. Some of the other triggers are on social media, seeing the different aspects of other people with before and after pictures of themselves is very triggering in itself. Also, going to different various restaurants is very triggering for me and I'm learning to go through those experiences with a little bit more ease and not being so triggered that I can do those things just as I would normally do this and go out to eat.
