Something that my therapist did with me when I had an eating disorder episode was to say little things that you like about your body and at the moment I would just say I like my wrist, I don't know, I like my fingers, you know, but I was like stupid but it's actually not because your brain starts to actually think that you can like your body and then you can say more like something that you were insecure about so let's say your thighs and or your just your legs or stomach anything and then you can slowly start to learn how to think you're beautiful and you don't need to starve yourself to be beautiful and all but I'm still
