So I used to always think symptoms of anorexia were like collarbones protruding or counting ribs and honestly while that is I think kind of further down the road I was heading down that road just with symptoms of viewing food in such a negative light that I avoided it and so I think it's all about changing the way that you view food and understanding that it is fuel for our bodies and it's how we accomplish amazing things throughout our day.
