I think it's really important to remember not to assign a good or a bad label to food. Maybe a sometimes food is a better word for something that is less healthy. But I think a lot of the negative relationships that we have with food come because we associate food with emotions or with morals, which is not healthy. So we shouldn't see foods as good or bad, but as something that we can have often or something that maybe we should eat a little less frequently or in smaller amounts.
