When I was 14, 15, you know, which is only five years ago, which is when I was really struggling, and if someone said to me, like, you're going to be fine in five years, I'd never have believed you. But when you're in that mindset, you don't. So, from somebody that's been there, you will get through this. Things can change, you can shift your mindset, you can get better. And it doesn't feel like you can, but you can. It's just, you just got to talk to people, and you just got to get the help and push yourself to do it. But you won't regret it. It'll be the best thing you ever do. Recovery and just feeling good in yourself is genuinely the best thing. So don't think that it's scary, because I know it feels like it is. But when you do it, you'll feel a lot better for it in the end.
