When I was diagnosed with anemia several years ago I went in just because I was so tired all of the time and had no energy and the treatment they gave me was the B12 shots for a while which really helped a lot and then I started taking super B complex vitamins for after that and that has helped me keep my iron count and stuff level.

I actually found out I was anemic when I decided to donate blood. I usually donate blood like four times a year or something like that, but basically, I went in one day and they're like, oh, your blood is, your iron levels are way low, and I was like, I don't know how this is happening because I come and donate blood a lot, but it turned out to be a different problem. Anyways, but since I was anemic, I had to figure out how to supply more iron into my dietary plan, and that was kind of annoying, but I usually just take pills. It's the easiest way, but it's really annoying because I've noticed that it's a lot harder to get up after sitting down and all that, and it's really hard to run. I used to, yeah, but after I took the pills, it became a lot better. Yeah, it's a rough time though. Well, I guess I can't donate blood anymore, but yeah, interesting stuff.

So I found out that I had anemia. There was one day I was at school, at a college, and my stomach was hurting really bad. I was sweating, I was dizzy, I really, really felt like I needed to use the bathroom, like that I needed to just TMI, but I needed to poop it out. And as I was walking to the bathroom, I passed out. And later after some research and some testing, I found out that it was iron deficiency anemia. It affects your body a lot, it affects mine a lot, especially being a woman, but it's an easy solution. I take little iron tablets twice a day, and it usually solves my problem. Sometimes I still have some stomach pains or tiredness, but for the most part, it doesn't really affect me anymore.
