One of the hardest aspects of having anemia is just that I feel tired a lot and I can really tell when I haven't like been taking my iron supplements or I haven't been trying to get that in my diet that I just feel exhausted and lightheaded. The hardest aspects of anemia I've found is I'm always cold and I get tired with little exercise. I have to control how much at my pace when I try to run or do any physical activity. Another aspect that I found to be true is my mood might be sometimes, my mood might be kind of, might be kind of angry because I'm low on ions, that's oxygen. But yeah, I know controlling those things at my pace and exercising and just eating the right things and trying to be physically healthy can help some of this stuff.
