I know a lot of people use Accutane for acne and although it does help acne itself, it actually really does affect the gut. Some people may never notice a change but I know two people personally that I could name right now that have had really bad mental health issues after using Accutane and I have another person that had to go on a colostomy bag because it ruined his colon. So just be aware and be careful when you're using it and as a woman you have to take birth control when you're on Accutane and that also can really mess things up. It messes with your hormones and it can cause moodiness and almost personality changes and can really affect relationships and just happiness in general. So be careful and try to seek other solutions if possible.
