I think that a common misconception for being Relief Society President is that you do all the work. It's not true. You have counselors and a secretary who you can delegate responsibilities and ministering assignments to and planning for activities. You're always working with other people. You're not completely alone. Another common misconception, I think a lot of people think that the Relief Society President is like super solid, strongest testimony. I personally, when I was Relief Society President, I did not have the deepest knowledge of the gospel and the scriptures. I really didn't know a lot, but I felt that the Lord was confident in me and I was able to receive help from my bishop and other leaders.
