Watch VideosI think the main misconception of this calling is just that it's assumed you need to be an RM to have a calling and you don't necessarily have to be. The main point of the calling is you just need to be friendly and be able to be okay contacting people that may not want to talk to you. And so be prepared to not get answers when you try to text someone or call someone or go knock on their door. So anyone can do it. Maybe RMs end up getting the calling more often, I don't know. I am an RM though.
