Ways to be Christlike
Watch VideosI feel like as a counselor you have multiple opportunities of interacting with other members of the branch or the ward and interacting with them as far as how they're doing their callings and getting them set apart and so forth. And I feel like it's important to be Christ-like and to be patient and calm and kind with those you interact with. And just to realize and have the bigger perspective, you know, that even if they fall short in their responsibility, you know, we're on the same team and, you know, positions in the church on a local level are not paid. So, I mean, these are all volunteer positions and we should be grateful for any efforts that, you know, any members of our branch or ward are making and express gratitude for those, you know, even if they're not quite to maybe what you might hope. It's always good to reinforce and point out the good that people do.
