I think one of the best ways to support your bishop or branch president is to be just very supportive or encouraging and also to be optimistic and hopeful because you know as a bishop brick or branch presidency you become privy to a lot of situations of maybe people going through hardships or falling short in different ways or struggling with different things and it could become easy for a bishop or branch president you know after months or years of hearing people's challenges for them to be tempted to feel you know discouraged and so i think it's important as a counselor to just have hope have faith and to use words of encouragement you know that things are going to work out everything's going to be fine and they're doing a great job and to just really encourage them
