One of my injury prevention tips is to wear knee pads. A lot of beginner volleyball players, when they dive for the ball, they tend to dive on their knees, which isn't very good for your knees. Even if you are wearing knee pads, it's not very good, but knee pads will help more than if your knees are just hitting the floor bare without any padding. Another prevention tip I have is to stretch. Stretch before playing volleyball every single time, because you're making a lot of sudden movements, and it's easy to twist an ankle, because of jumping, people jump on you, it's easy to stretch a muscle too much. So make sure to stretch before.
