So one interesting fact about Ukraine is that they are very conscious of the weather, and if it is cold, remotely cold at all, then they do not like to go outside unless you are bundled up as much as you can. So it could be 50 degrees, and if you're not outside wearing a jacket then people will come up and they will not be happy with you, and they will let you know that. So they like to stay warm, and they will always make that a priority.
