I have so many favorite foods from Ukraine. I absolutely love their food. They use really basic spices, garlic, salt, pepper, and that's basically it, and I loved it. They had pelmeni, which are meat-stuffed noodles, vareniki, which are basically noodles stuffed with anything else, which are amazing, khinkali, which are a different kind of meat-stuffed noodles, which, I mean, you can buy them for, you know, a kilo for a dollar. So we had those. We had which are these filled rolls of cabbage, and they're phenomenal. My favorite was definitely shawarma. I got kind of a reputation for eating a lot of that. It's this big fried burrito with stuff on the inside, and they're insanely good, especially if you can find a good one. The food is really wonderful, certainly not something to be concerned about, not something that will scare an American's palate away. It's really, really good.
