Turkey, over the last several years, has been considered a pretty dangerous place to go, especially for Americans. And when I went last summer, well, when I was considering going last summer with my sisters, we were told by a lot of people that we shouldn't travel there because it's really dangerous. But a friend of my sister's had just been there and said that she had no problems and so we took a little risk and went and it was honestly one of the nicest trips I've ever been on and it was very, very safe. We never had any problems and we never really saw anything dangerous, which was really great. So it was one of those things that we definitely thought was not going to be a great experience and turned out to be awesome.
