One of my favorite things was of course riding elephants. That's something everyone has to do at least once. We went to the beach and played in the sand. We were able to go hiking to see a waterfall. We went on bike rides across this really old bridge. That was way fun. There was of course all the Buddhist temples to go to and that was just a blast to explore the Thai people and their culture.
