My absolute favorite dish is called Khao Soi, and it's more of a northern dish, so you'll mostly get it in the north of Thailand, and it's coconut chicken curry soup. It has noodles in it, and like fried noodles I guess on top, and then chicken in it as well, and it is absolutely delicious. You can also get Khao Neang Mawang all the time, that's another one of my favorites, mango sticky rice, and it doesn't even, it's not even close to what we get here in America. The mangoes are a billion times better, you get so much more for super cheap. Basically everything in Thailand is absolutely delicious.

It's called Nam Tok, and it's like this spicy pork salad, and you eat it with sticky rice, and it is literally the best. It's salty and it's spicy, and it's just perfect on a hot day in Thailand when you're hungry, and you're tired from working, and it honestly would make my day every single time I eat it, and it's like a dollar, so a deal.

Some of them are a soup called Bami. It's an egg noodle soup with some, uh, really good flavoring. I still don't really know much of what it's made of, whether it has egg noodles and maybe some pork or chicken in it. And, um, let's see. Sontam is another famous one. It's a papaya salad. It's really spicy at first. It's difficult, but you give it another try and you'll come to love it. It's one of my most dishes. Uh, fried chicken, uh, is really good. And just fried rice. My most favorite and my most typical meal I'd get is called pot see you. It's like Chinese flat Chinese noodles that are wide and mixed with the oyster, uh, and soy sauce that are mixed together. And you have those noodles with, um, some vegetables and meat and it is delicious. That was my go-to meal every day.

Gai pap met mamuam, or cashew chicken, and Masuman curry, easily my favorite foods, which is hard because there's a lot of really good food in Thailand, but those are my favorite foods out of Thailand.

I think namdokmu was probably my favorite. It was like pork, slowly cooked over a fire with Coca-Cola dumped all over it. It was so good. Like, I was shocked how good it was.

It's called Pad Krapow Moo and it's ground pork with basil and lots of chilies. It's really spicy and you eat it with rice and the best way to have it is if you have a fried egg on top. That's amazing. And when I first got to Thailand, I did not really like it. It was too spicy. But the more I got used to all the spicy food, I really came to love it.

My favorite food that I had in Thailand was roti bread. It's like this little tortilla almost that they make and it's deep fried. And they have it plain but they also have like dessert roti with like bananas, chocolate. Like they have different like toppings they put on it. Super good.

My personal favorite is Patpong Curry Gai, which is sometimes kind of hard to find. It's like a it's like a tam sang dish. Chicken, rice, and then like a yellow curry powder, but not turned into a curry. So it's still like kind of sticky and dry, but it's super delicious. The other one that actually kind of comes from India and is in Myanmar and Thailand is Roti, which is a dessert. And that combined with mango sticky rice is why I gained so much weight in Thailand. But those foods are are the best.

Probably Masaman curry or Penang mu. Penang mu is like kind of like a curry kind of pork. Oh, it's so good. And then you eat it with rice. So if you don't like rice, you gotta adjust and learn to like rice. It's so good there though. Another one of my favorite kind of like desserts is mango sticky rice. Oh, that is so good. And it's so much better there. And honestly, their food tastes amazing. You will enjoy everything and they'll make it for free a lot of the times. You can just go and be friends with the people that are cooking the food and then you're like, hey can I test this? And they'll hook it up. So it's so awesome. The people that are so humble and they're so willing to help you. And like if you ask questions, what's good, they'll tell you.

My favorite food in Thailand is the sticky rice with mango. It is normal sticky rice, but then they will cook it with coconut milk and sugar instead of just with water. And so they'll have a lot of coconut milk and sugar mixed in with that, and it gets really sweet and sticky with sugar. And then they'll scoop that out, cut up a mango, put that on top or on the side, and then they'll drizzle coconut milk over that. And it is the best thing in the world.
