Video 1 - Transcription

This is going to sound really weird, but stretching your ankles. It feels so good, and then it makes it so you tap better. So when you're standing, you put all your weight on one foot, and then you put all, like you put the side of your foot down, so like if this is your foot, you put this one down, and then you lean into it so it kind of stretches that ankle. And then you do the same thing on the outside, so like this part of your foot, and then you stretch over as much as you can. And then rolling your ankles, things like that, that's a really big deal. Same with your calves, your calves are going to get tight because you're on your toes all the time. So stretch out your calves however you like, but do it often.
