I believe that one of the ways in which God speaks to me is through people, the people that He puts in my life. For example, whenever I am having a challenge or a tribulation, God always puts in my way someone who can help me specifically in what I need. And I know that He surrounds us with people who are instruments in His hand, and that we can also be instruments in His hands.

I think God speaks to me in some very different ways, but one of them is through words that come to my mind. I remember one time when I went to the temple, I had a very specific question, and while I was sitting in the session, some very specific words came to my mind and I felt so strongly that they were from God and that it was exactly what He wanted me to hear at that moment.

I think that our Heavenly Father speaks to us through the Scriptures. When we read them, we discover that they are actually a guide for our lives as well. Through them, He gives us advice on how we can live our lives, and how we can keep His commandments to be stronger each day. He also speaks to us through our leaders, our prophet, who is evident and revealing, and through His apostles. They guide us every day to be able to prepare ourselves for when He returns.

Dios me habla a mí a través de las escrituras y a través del profeta y los apóstoles. Cada vez que escudriño sus palabras, puedo encontrar la paz y la dirección que necesito para mi vida. For me, I believe that God speaks to me through impressions and thoughts. Many times I stop and listen to something. It is not something strong, it is very peaceful, very soft, but I listen to it. And I know that it is God who is speaking to me through His Spirit, the Holy Spirit. He also speaks to me through the people around me. Many times I receive advice from my mom, or my dad, or other friends, or my siblings. And these advices really impact me a lot. And I know that it is God who is speaking to me through these people, who is inspiring them to be able to touch me and reach me.

God speaks to me in many ways, and I have been able to learn how God speaks to me. Before, I always thought that God only spoke to his children through prayer or through dreams, very big things like that. But what I have learned is that the Lord does not speak to me that much. The Lord speaks to me through my thoughts. So it is very important that I always be in harmony with the Spirit, that I am living my life in a way that allows the Spirit to be with me always. Because every time we receive a thought in our mind, it could be from God. We do not always know if it is from us or God, but it really does not matter much, because if it is something good, we must do it. I have been guided a lot by God, and he speaks to me through my thoughts.

Dios se comunica conmigo por medio de la oración. Soy una creyente muy firme de la oración. Sé que, por medio de la oración, nosotros podemos comunicarnos por Dios. Podemos hacerle saber de nuestras, digamos, nuestras flaquezas, de nuestras necesidades, de nuestros problemas, de nuestros pesares. Y es por medio de la oración que también podemos encontrar consuelo, fuerza, valor, perdón. Yo estoy muy agradecida por la oración porque es por medio de la oración que recibo fortaleza y guía cada día para seguir adelante con mi vida. Y es también por medio de las Escrituras que yo recibo respuestas a mis oraciones. Y es así como Dios se comunica conmigo.

God speaks to me through the scriptures, because when I'm having a challenge in my life, I open the scriptures and find a verse that speaks to me and answers my question, and I see that God speaks through the scriptures when a verse makes sense. It's a little weird, but only the verse makes sense and I know that God is speaking to me.

God speaks to me in various ways. I know that he speaks to me when I pray. Many times I have prayed and I have felt peace in my heart. I have never had a very strong experience. But several times I have felt peace and I have felt... I have felt full. I have felt full and I have felt comfort. And those are just feelings. It's not like a voice that speaks to me. The reason I share this is because when I ask God, when I pray and I ask him, should I do this? When I get these feelings of peace, of comfort, of this filling that makes me feel complete in my heart, I know that God is answering my prayers and that he is speaking to me personally.
