One of the ways in which God has helped me overcome my challenges the most is only with the knowledge that He exists. There is a reason for everything. There is a purpose. Sometimes we can think that everything is for nothing, but it is not true. All the challenges that we experience will work for our benefit. God does everything for a reason. I believe that. And knowing that helps me a lot during my challenges.
I have been able to overcome many challenges, but these I have been able to overcome thanks to the help of God. Well, when these challenges arise, the important thing is always to maintain faith. And if we remain firm in our testimony, the Lord will bless us, since He tests us to become stronger and test if we are faithful to Him. So, if we remain firm during adversities, the Lord will not only bless us and help us to overcome these challenges, but He will also make us stronger.
As any person, I have had my trials and my challenges, many times when there is nothing to do. But I have always been able to see how the Savior has always been there for me. His inspiration is infinite. There is no doubt in going to Him and knowing that He will always help us, He can make the weak things strong. Him trying to do the small and simple things strengthens us, like prayer, reading the scriptures, going to church. All of these things have helped me to overcome my weaknesses.

Many times in my life, when I feel, I don't know, sadness or I go through a big challenge, the Holy Spirit speaks to me through whispers or through thoughts or feelings that I feel in my heart. And these whispers help me to know what to do. And I know that it is God who is really helping me. And there was a time when I didn't know if I was going to be able to overcome a very big challenge. I was living in Argentina, I didn't speak Spanish, and I had to be very patient. Because there were people who loved me and spoke to me and encouraged me, I was able to move forward and I know that it was God who was helping me.
I believe that God helps me to overcome the challenges or tribulations that I have by giving me the knowledge that He is always there. And I know that if we look a little closer, or with our eyes more open and spiritual eyes, we can see that He is actually everywhere and that His Spirit is there, everywhere, also, accompanying us. Through the Scriptures, through prayer, through the assistance of temples or chapels, or through the example of other people, He is always there for us and to give us His love and His support. And I know that He gives us all the challenges so that we can be better and learn from that, and to be more human and sensitize others as well.
Well, I have anxiety and depression problems, and it is very difficult for me to have hope and light in my life. But through the inspiration of Jesus Christ, I have seen a change in my life. I try to serve my friends and others. I try to be a better person. And more than anything, I feel peace in my life. I feel that I no longer have to fall into darkness, but that I can be a person who tries to follow Jesus Christ. Therefore, Jesus Christ has helped me a lot in the difficulties of life, both physically and spiritually. And when I think of Him, I always think of someone who is a helper in my life.
Thanks to the gospel, I have learned to overcome the challenges that have come to my life by developing patience and faith. I think that when we have a problem, it is very difficult to have these attributes. Well, I am a person who gets very desperate, but I have been able to feel the expiation of Jesus Christ, his grace, making me feel that everything will be fine. I just need to be patient and have more faith. And in the end, I have been able to see that it is like this, that in the middle of darkness, God always sends us light. And we can feel his love and his support. And at the end of the trial, we can look back and realize that at no time has the Heavenly Father abandoned us.
God always puts people in my life when I need them. For example, during my time in Peru, I was a little depressed. I missed my family and the mission was difficult for me, but God put me with a partner who was the most positive person I know. She had cancer when she was a child, but she was still positive and was grateful for everything. She changed my perspective of life and the challenges we face. And now I think I'm more grateful.
