So an injury prevention tip that I would suggest is to always stretch. Stretch before every practice, every game, and stretch good. Like don't just go through the motions. And something else is like, if you already have like a problem, like for me, I had a really bad ankle and I never wore an ankle brace. Like I rolled it so many times and I just didn't care. But I would say care because it got to a point where I damaged my ankle so bad because I didn't wear a brace that I was not able to compete in like my collegiate soccer career. So.
