I have been playing football since I was 6 years old. My favorite exercises, which I have always loved and which made me better in my opinion, are boxing exercises. When you train with a team and several players at the same time, you do boxing exercises, where you simply play the ball between the penalty areas back and forth. The rules apply once, twice, where someone in the middle tries to conquer the ball. And then there are individual exercises. I love to put on hats, do hat work, do footwork and then shoot at the goal.
