Slovakia

My favorite food is obviously Halusky. It's a Slovak national dish. It's made with a cheese called Brinza. And then it's got some potato dumplings and some bacon, which everybody loves bacon. But there's nothing that comes close to it. Slovakia is known for a lot of sheep cheeses. Oštěpok is one of my favorite cheeses there. It's this really, really good cheese that they grill and then put on a slice of bread with some cranberry sauce on top. Literally the best thing I've probably ever eaten in my life. Other than that, they have schnitzel and fried cheese and a bunch of other awesome good stuff.
