I had the opportunity to participate in a humanitarian trip after my senior year of high school. We went to Thailand and we built a classroom for a local elementary school and we also taught English and it was just the most incredible experience just seeing what it meant to the students and the teachers there and we got to play with the kids during recess and they just loved getting to be with us and it just reminded me to be grateful for what I have and to use things that I've been blessed with to look out to other people across the world and I think there are so many ways that you can do that.
