My senior year of high school, I worked at this clothing store and it was my first job ever, so I was really nervous honestly. But one of my co-workers was just so kind to me and always answered my questions even when I thought they were stupid questions. And she also gave me like really good feedback on how I could improve and how I could learn more quickly. And I really appreciated that and it really made a difference in how I was working and in my confidence.
