I love my chiropractor. He's great. You've got to find the right clinic, the right one that can work with you and you feel comfortable with. I get steroid shots. Those help me. Sometimes some people say it doesn't help them, but it helps me for sure. And then traction. The traction machine at the physical therapy clinic has been amazing. All painful. All of this is painful sometimes, but it's good the next day. It helps me a lot.

Treatments you can get for scoliosis is, if you don't want to get surgery which is your last option, try stretching. If stretching doesn't work, try chiropractic. Chiropractic, I really don't recommend. If chiropractic doesn't work, try bracing. If bracing doesn't work, then stick with your last option and listen to your doctors. I know that's not what you want to do, but listen to doctors and get a spinal fusion. A lot of people are different when it comes to spinal fusions because everybody's not the same. Everyone's spine and degree, when they have scoliosis, it's not the same. So you never know what is gonna happen to you and you just want to stay positive. If you do get a fusion, stay positive about it and yeah.
