I have not had any surgery on my spine for scoliosis. I really don't want to, however, I was seeking relief, so I've spoken to four neurosurgeons, all of whom said that I had to wait, because if they were to operate on me now, it would ruin the good parts of my spine. So that was kind of a little bit heartbreaking to know that I would keep going, but in a way, I think it was good. I can just keep managing with massage and chiropractic and stretching and mental health work.
