My success story, I improved my curves. My curve in my lumbar improved by nine degrees last year and my thoracic improved by six degrees. What did I do? I managed my stress levels, tried to almost eliminate any stress. I got Reiki therapy, energy therapies. I did a lot of twice a week and I did stretches. I did exercises, just basic walking and getting in the water, just moving around in the water and the massage. I mean, I really feel the massage and the chiropractic have helped a lot because from my understanding, from my experience, scoliosis is more muscular. So if you can release the muscle tension and get them, like I've said earlier, supple and get your chiropractor to adjust your spine, that's what's happened for me. It's improved. Pain is still there, a little bit intense, but it happened.
