One of the biggest personal experiences I want to talk about is finding the right bra for leaders. That is one of the most stressful things. So what I recommend, what I've done, is you just wear whatever you, what fits, what feels right for you. But a bra is hard. I have not got a custom bra made. I don't know if anybody out there has, but I will look into that one day if it progresses worse. So maybe going commando, no bra, is the way to go guys.

I learned that I had scoliosis when I was in my junior year of high school, which was kind of really annoying because I had to switch up my whole workout schedule and it was in the middle of my cross-country season and it was just really terrible because I had to like change everything because I had to go swimming a lot more because that would help and I eventually was fine with it but it's just really sad because I had to change all my plans but it's okay because now I'm fine but I'll eventually have to get surgery from it but it's just kind of interesting how that can such a small thing can really affect your entire life but I'm glad that I found out because that would be an issue if I didn't.

My personal experience of having scoliosis is actually thinking that it can be fixed. Whenever I search scoliosis up on Google, it would say it's not cured. So that's what I always thought in my head, that it's never cured and there's no other ways to fix it. But actually, there's like back braces, there's fusions, and there's so many things that I didn't know. And I was like, wow, I didn't know that until like, until I found out I was kind of devastated until like later on.
