Anything with the scoliosis yoga, any of those stretches are really good. Painful, they can be painful and hard sometimes, but you've got to keep stretching no matter what. Do what works for you, what feels good for you, but definitely get guidance from some physical therapists or trained people that understand your condition and your spine and what you're working with. So do not push yourself and don't let people push you. Sometimes those physical therapists can be very, very hardcore and you've got to be your own advocate and speak up, but definitely, definitely find stretches that work for you.
