My experience with back braces is pretty crazy. I've had two back braces. First was a soft one I wear every day, and the second one is a night one where I wear only at night time when I go to sleep. Both of them cost a couple thousand dollars, did not work after some time, and it didn't do anything, but everyone is different. Like I said, everyone is different. If you need back braces, then get one. If your back is hurting, then get one. With my experience, it's okay. It's just we waste a lot of money on them, and I don't even know what to do with them, but yeah.
