I have an aunt who dealt with schizophrenia and the experiences or hallucinations or something look very real. So one time she mentioned that she was like under a tree because she was homeless at the time unfortunately. She just like saw figures coming at her all the time and it's like a really scary situation to be in. So that's why there's meds for those kind of things but that's kind of what it looks like. That's for some people. It could be more or less severe for others obviously.
