There's an ancient fabric that many different Polynesian nations used back in the day and in Samoa it's called siapo and not many people practice the art of siapo anymore but on the western part of Savai'i there's a village called Salailua and in Salailua you're able to pay a small fee to be able to learn how to make siapo and I think that's quite a unique experience considering the small amount of people that practice that art in you know in these modern days.
