A scripture that I grew up reciting in my Samoan household was always Psalms 23. And then when I was older and I went to Samoa, I quickly realised that it is the scripture of Samoa and that every household recites that scripture in Samoan. Yeah, so Psalms 23, definitely a favourite scripture.

In area villages, they have certain rules in any place. They have something in the malai, like the basketball court or the lawn, they have rules on that. There's one in one of my areas, you're not allowed to put your hat backwards. It's part of their rule in the basketball court. You have to face your hat back up front. There's other rules too, but just to make sure you follow those rules in each village. Like each village will tell you certain rules that you have to have. Another thing is having an ear level lover, meaning the little ear on your waist, but don't put it on your head. Make sure it puts it on the right way as a clothing and there's many rules. I keep those rules.
